An Experience Like Never Before……
What Is Thai Yoga Massage?
This beautiful form of massage can be traced back 2,500 years from India and the spread of Buddhism. It particularly took roots in Thailand in the monasteries there. The founder was a celebrated yogi and doctor of Ayurveda. And, even better, you can experience the benefits of Thai Yoga massage therapy right here in the heart of Moe, Gippsland.
Thai Yoga Massage Is A Combination…
It is a combination of Yoga poses, martial arts moves, rhythmic movement, massage & meditation in a graceful dance with & around the body. It is infused with Metta, the Buddhist philosophy of loving Kindness. This acts like a tonic on the body, being applied through intention and received through the body similarly to Reiki.
Stimulates Your Whole Body Systems…
A Thai Yoga Massage Therapy session uses passive stretching of joints & muscles, thumbing & palming of the Sen lines (energy lines) to increase flexibility, relief muscle & joint tension & balance the body’s energy systems. By doing this it also tones the muscles, improves circulation, boosts the immune system & leaves you feeling relaxed, refreshed & fantastic!
This massage makes you feel comfortable again, in your body and with who you are. Magic!
This Is No Ordinary Massage. It Can Leave You Feeling Energised For Days
It is performed on the floor in loose comfortable clothing. All you need to do is:
go with the flow……
Thai Yoga Therapy
Thai Yoga Therapy begins to apply Ayurvedic principles. Ayurveda is the science of good health and longevity and is based on the principles of nature.
First, Establish Your Dosha Type…
To begin a Thai Yoga Therapy session, first your tridosha needs to be established. These are the 3 basic constitutions of which we are all made. We are each a unique blend of one or more of the Doshas and their attributes. This is identified through a short and simple consultation at the beginning of your treatment.
The Type Of Massage Depends On Your Dosha…
The massage works with Pancha Mahabhutas, the 5 elements and Pancha Vayus, the 5 movements of Prana. At the end of the massage lifestyle, exercises and daily routines tips are given to help you further balance your dosha. This all helps to make this an extraordinary treatment, which penetrates the many levels of our being.
The Thai Yoga massage is then applied with the Intention of Balancing your Dosha, as well as addressing any of your other needs. When your Dosha is out of balance it can express itself through states of anxiety, sleep issues, digestive issues, body aches and pains, etc.
The massage also works with Pancha Mahabhutas, the 5 elements and Pancha Vayus, the 5 movements of Prana. This all helps to make Thai Yoga massage therapy an extraordinary treatment, which penetrates the many levels of our being.

I have received many Thai Yoga Massages from Lucilla and each time I leave feeling light and energised and it’s not only the gorgeous stretching and lengthening sensations in my physical body. As a Thai Yoga Therapist myself I can fully appreciate her tenderness and expertise as she performs the “dance” of Thai Yoga Massage.
